"The housing task force... just had a resolution that got passed by the county board, for the recommendations that were found out of the housing study," McKeever said, adding that the resolution and its action plan items are available on the county website.
Commissioners discussed using the housing task‑force recommendations as context for zoning and subdivision decisions, and asked for a short presentation on the task force’s action plan and any specific subdivision language that could be incorporated into model ordinances. Staff agreed to circulate the resolution and to schedule a focused presentation at a future meeting.
