At the start of its Feb. 11 meeting the Marin City Community Services District board debated whether to postpone a bylaws item because revised materials were received late. The board ultimately postponed the proposed board policies and bylaws to a future meeting.
Chair Terrie Harris-Green moved to approve the agenda. Director Kevin Douglas seconded; the motion passed with two ayes (Harris-Green and Douglas), one no (Director Angela Haynes), and two absences (Directors Henry Mims and Sarah Canson) recorded. "Motion passed" appears in the minutes reflecting the board's decision to proceed with the remainder of the agenda while shelving the bylaws discussion for later review.
No substantive discussion of the revised bylaws took place at this meeting; the item will return when materials are complete and provided in advance of a future meeting.
