Staff reports: missing easements, Dyno Solar talks and ISD disestablishments noted
Summary
County staff told commissioners six East End road easements remain outstanding; staff are working on a road-vacation with Bill Faringer, meeting with Dyno Solar on a local solar project contract, and processing two ISD disestablishments (Week Creek and Park East Ranchettes).
During department reports, staff updated the board on several ongoing matters affecting county projects and permitting.
A staff member said the county was still "missing 6" of the East End road easements and that Bill Faringer was continuing work on a road-vacation matter. The staff member said they would meet with the health department on issues related to the opioid program and were preparing a memorandum regarding the Allendale application, which has been revised from four parcels into one larger parcel and awaits a final plat from the surveyor (Paul).
Staff also reported two ISD disestablishments under way (Week Creek and Park East Ranchettes) and said meetings with Dyno Solar and county fire officials were productive as Dyno Solar works on contract details for a local project. The staff member said these items are moving forward and that departments are coordinating next steps.
