The chair declared the budget resolution passed and moved the meeting to the next agenda item.
The budget materials submitted to the board, as noted by the clerk, include funding for mandated services, salary adjustments recommended by a recent compensation and classification study, and allocations for capital projects. Publication requirements for the hearing were reported as completed.
