Chief Wu also presented the department's second quarter report for 2026: 819 incidents handled (0 part‑1 offenses, 4 part‑2 offenses), 33 traffic stops, 1 arrest, 1 case referred for prosecution, two assists to Tiburon PD, updates to 27 policies, and recruitment activity to fill a three‑year police officer position and reserve officer slots. Council members thanked the chief and acknowledged increased patrols.
