Trustee Eric Stanton moved to enter closed session at 7:29 p.m.; Trustee Rose Ann Diederich seconded and the motion carried 6–0. The board reconvened at 7:45 p.m. and the minutes state that no action was needed on awarding a bid for the village-owned property at 400 E. Sauk Trail.
