Police calls rise; DPW reports 16 water-main breaks in January

Building Director Nick Goncher reported 18 building permits issued in January, seven for-sale inspections completed, and nine property-maintenance citations issued. The reports were received by the board; no additional directives or resource commitments were recorded in the minutes.
