Council approves election dates, nuisance‑abatement amendment and truck‑route addition; several items deferred

Items deferred: Item 25‑030 (On‑Call Services Contract for the Historic Commission) and Item 25‑034 (Concept Plan for The Shops at Chattahoochee) were each deferred for six months to allow further review and Planning Commission input.
