At its March 24 special meeting the Paulsboro Borough Council adopted consent resolutions R.26.92 (payment of bills), R.26.93 (budget appropriation transfers) and R.26.94 (redemption of third-party tax liens). The consent package passed unanimously.
The Council also adopted R.26.95 authorizing the Borough to submit a preapplication/application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service for funding tied to the municipal building renovation project; Council members stressed this is one of several grant avenues to offset capital costs. An addendum resolution, R.26.96, was adopted to submit a Gloucester County CDBG application for an ADA-compliant walking trail in Fort Billings Park if a grant is awarded.
