Resident Tiffane Towns spoke in favor of quality‑of‑life spending but urged the council to review the automatic rollback millage rate rather than accept it as a default, and to prioritize infrastructure investments in north Chattahoochee Hills including road paving, HVAC and parking at municipal facilities.
The FY2026 budget is at first reading only; the council will take final action at the June 30 special called meeting following the second hearing.
