Paulsboro introduces ordinance to revise cannabis licensing fees; hearing set for April 14

The introduction passed with four members voting yes—Council President Thomas, Councilwoman Evans, Councilman Haynes and Councilwoman Turner—and two voting no—Councilwoman Armistead and Councilman Singleton. The ordinance text was introduced on first reading; the public will have an opportunity to comment at the April hearing before the Council takes final action.
