"Looking for a motion to direct Administrator Rich to discuss changes to the agreement with the developer that was discussed in closed session," the presiding moderator said. A motion was made and approved by voice vote. The council did not place additional conditions on the record; the motion authorized the administrator to proceed with discussions as described in closed session.
