Paulsboro awards Riverfront/Seawall paving quote and approves roadway partial payment
Summary
Council approved awarding the Riverfront/Seawall paving project to Driveways Express for $29,400 and authorized partial payment No. 4 of $51,734.89 to Landberg Construction for West Buck Street work.
The Borough authorized two public-works actions on Feb. 10: awarding a paving quote for the Riverfront/Seawall project and approving a partial contractor payment for West Buck Street improvements.
Administrator Marino said bond funds from 2024 remain available and recommended awarding the Riverfront/Seawall paving work to Driveways Express of Mullica Hill for $29,400; the council adopted R.26.68 to implement the award. Separately, the council approved partial payment No. 4 in the amount of $51,734.89 to Landberg Construction for completed work on the West Buck Street roadway-improvement contract (R.26.62), covering clearing, 4" concrete sidewalk and 6" concrete sidewalk work and curbs and gutters.
Both measures were adopted by the council and will be reflected in the Borough’s capital and contractor payment schedules.
