City approves $68,000 fence replacement at sewer ponds

City Administrator Eric Ziegler told the council the existing fence at the sewer ponds is in poor condition and said COVID-19 funds would be used to pay for the replacement. Council Member Crump made the motion to award the bid and Council Member Owens seconded; the roll-call vote was recorded as Ayes: Albright, Bell, Crump, Owens, Morse.
