The Monmouth Beach commissioners approved routine consent-agenda items at their July meeting, adopting a package of municipal contracts and administrative actions.
Items approved by single motion included a renewal of a shared-service agreement with Monmouth County for tax map maintenance, continued participation in the Long Branch commodity resale system for fuel purchases, appointment of Irina Darr as Environmental Commission secretary (effective 07/22/2026), authorization to purchase and upfit a police vehicle through the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program, confirmation of Griffin Park phase 2 and phase 3 project completions, and adoption of bylaws for the Monmouth Municipal Joint Insurance Fund.
Board members treated the items as routine with the chair noting any item needing discussion would be pulled prior to the vote. The council voted to pass and adopt the listed consent items in a single motion.
