City board approves agenda, minutes and payroll docket; no public comments

The mayor noted that Clerk Treasurer Don Cooper and the city attorney Perry McCall were present and that city staff were live streaming the meeting. "This meeting is being live streamed by city staff," the mayor said. The public comment period produced no speakers; the mayor asked whether anyone had signed up and none were present.
