"...they were imploring that the board do whatever they can do to, like, at least get a traffic survey or encourage a traffic survey..." Mr. Bodnar said. He added that some communities have limited phone use in schools and that he had seen anecdotal classroom discipline improvements tied to phone restrictions; he also urged adding gambling education to provide students with accurate statistics and risks. The board acknowledged the comments and did not take immediate action during the meeting minutes recorded.
