Board member Corey Britt made the motion to approve the closed-session minutes; Norm Johnson seconded. The motion to approve Ness’s four-year contract was made by Corey Britt and seconded by Erik Wold. Both motions passed on roll-call votes with all seven board members recorded as voting yea.
