Treasurer/reporting commissioner Jonathan Morris presented the financial report, stating a total closing balance of $49,897.80 across the Liberty Checking, Public Access, and General accounts as of June 30, 2026. The approvals clear routine governance items and allow the Commission to move forward with planned harbor maintenance and public-access discussions later in the agenda.
