She said bingo—historically a primary fundraiser—was shut down at one event, reducing revenue for scholarships and resident utility assistance.
Sue Hale, identified in the minutes as president of the Dad’s Club Ladies Auxiliary, said she was "very unhappy with how a certain individual is taking over their annual trunk or treat," and that when she retook the event "every kid left with full bags of candy." Hale said in past years a local refinery would donate to events and that when she sought donations this year she was told a donation had already been given, raising questions about where funds and receipts are being held.
