South Roxana board approves minutes, bills and a Riverbend Enterprise Zone boundary change

The South Roxana Village Board approved a series of routine measures during its Nov. 6 meeting, including minutes, payments and an ordinance adjusting the Riverbend Enterprise Zone.
Greg Adams moved to approve the Oct. 1, 2024 meeting minutes; Terrah Bevolo seconded. A roll call vote was 3-0 and the motion carried. The board followed with unanimous 3-0 votes to approve bills from Sept. 23–Oct. 27, 2024, and deposits for the same date range.
The board then approved Ordinance No. 24-14, described in the meeting as "Amending South Roxana Ordinance No. 1416 To Amend Territory of The Riverbend Enterprise Zone." Terrah Bevolo moved approval and Greg Adams seconded; the vote was 3-0. The board also approved Resolution No. 24-35 appointing the village’s designated IMRF representative by the same margin.
Other approved items included the Riverbend Outdoor Services tree bid (moved by Tammy Adams) and Paying Estimate #2 for the Senior Center project (moved by Terrah Bevolo); both passed on 3-0 roll call votes. The meeting minutes record each of these motions as carried.
