Council approves access easement adjustment for TransWest Express near sewer farm

Drew Eschler presented a proposal to adjust a previously approved right-of-way near the sewer farm so that TransWest Express may have an access easement to the road. The presentation noted the easement relates to an earlier ROW approval.
Councilman B. Hancock moved to approve the proposed access easement; Councilman C. Aland seconded and the vote was unanimous. The council did not record additional conditions in the minutes beyond approval of the easement adjustment.
The council treated the item as 8.C on the agenda and recorded unanimous approval to allow TransWest Express the specified access.
