Items on the consent list included personnel approvals, the vendor warrant report, the agreement with Bay Area Digital Solutions for TK/K marketing, an overnight field trip request for a 5th-grade class to Walker Creek Ranch, approval of minutes from the Sept. 10 meeting, the Williams Settlement quarterly Uniform Complaint Report Summary for July 1–Sept. 30, and three donations to the Mark West Charter volleyball program totaling $520 ($100 from the Moody family, $280 from the Sumpter family and $140 from the Lahidji family).
The motion to approve the consent agenda passed on a motion by Trustee McKnight, seconded by Trustee Smith, with a recorded tally of Aye=4, Nay=0, Abstention=0, Absent=1. Trustees did not separate any consent items for discussion during the meeting.
