Items approved included the minutes of the July 21 meeting; payment of bills totaling approximately $326,000; a special event permit and street closure recommendation for the Sunset Night Market on fall dates listed in the staff report; the Transportation Development Act annual audit for fiscal year 2022–23; and a resolution authorizing additional American Express cards for city use.
The mayor asked whether any members of the public wished to comment on the consent calendar; none appeared. Council members then moved, seconded and approved the items by roll call.
