The agency approved minutes from the prior meeting with one abstention recorded. A motion to adjourn carried by roll call and Acting Chair Julie Balbo thanked members for their support during her first evening chairing the commission. Staff asked commissioners to email absences to ensure quorum at the next meeting on Aug. 19.
