Damato told the agency he plans to "mirror" the existing bridge design and add about 32 feet of timber bog bridge to the trail. Commissioners had questions about the design but generally expressed support; Commissioner Black moved to have the designated agent issue a jurisdictional ruling, and the motion passed on a roll call vote. Staff noted the application carries endorsements from the mayor and the city’s Open Space and Sustainability manager and that photos and plans are on record.
