At the budget public hearing Tiffany Towns urged the council not to automatically accept the rollback millage rate and asked that the council evaluate community infrastructure needs before defaulting to the rollback, citing roads, water/sewer and facility upgrades as priorities for North Chattahoochee Hills. Towns also asked the council to present a clearer vision of the community investments the budget will support.
