The event would open with an influencer hour and be open to the public from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.; organizers said they would use existing power on the plaza rather than a generator and expected to be off the plaza by 11:59 p.m.
"It will, conclude at 6PM, and they will be out of from the plaza at 11:59PM," the presenter said. Committee members asked how many giveaways were planned and how the line would be managed; the applicant said the queue would be contained within the plaza and security would encourage overflow visitors to return later if the space reached capacity.
