The board resolved to move into a closed executive session to discuss personnel and legal matters.
"We are not going to be taking any action in tonight's meeting. We are only going to have executive session to discuss the superintendent's annual superintendent's evaluation, and a couple other litigation things that are routine," Speaker 2 said. A motion to enter executive session was made by Speaker 5 and seconded by Speaker 2; the board voted in favor and the meeting moved to closed session at High School North's executive meeting room.
Because the session is closed and no public action was taken, there are no further votes or approvals to report from tonight's meeting.
