The Cheyenne Board of Adjustment on Feb. 19 approved a conditional-use request to allow a medical clinic and office at 502 East 19th Street. Applicant Megan Bade, who listed the property address as her contact, told the board the clinic would be ‘‘a medical clinic in this house’’ operating by appointment with about 10 patients a day and an ancillary massage clinic serving up to four clients a day, Monday through Friday roughly 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Morgan Dennis, planning and development staff, described the lot as Lot 5, Block 299, Original City, and said the property is in the mixed-use residential zone and designated as mixed-use residential on the future land-use map. ‘‘Due to meeting all review criteria, staff recommends approval of the application,’’ Dennis told the board. After a motion to approve, seconded and followed by a roll-call vote, the motion passed with the board recorded as voting unanimously in favor (4–0).
