The Muscatine City Council adopted a resolution on Aug. 4 approving a contract and bond with Crawford Company for replacement of the Clark House fire alarm system in the amount of $57,872.
During council discussion a member asked about the construction timeline. Staff responded that work is proposed to start Sept. 7 and to be completed the week of Sept. 28. The resolution passed on a recorded vote with all council members indicating "aye."
