Destrehan High School close to substantial completion pending fire marshal review

"We're actually doing the fire marshal review tomorrow," the presenter said, explaining the timing issue between committee and board meetings and that, if the inspection permits, staff plan to present the item to the full board for acceptance with any minor required tweaks handled under beneficial occupancy rules.
Staff emphasized they have met several times to address items and expect only minor adjustments. The committee had no additional questions and staff said the item will be presented at the board meeting on Wednesday night.
