Muscatine Arts Center introduces new director Kelly Lau

Kelly Lau introduced herself to the Muscatine City Council and public as the new director of the Muscatine Arts Center during the Aug. 4 meeting. "My name is Kelly Lau, and I'm honored to be the new director of the art center," she said, adding that she looked forward to offering the community "a wonderful experience of art and history at the Muscatine Arts Center."
Council members welcomed Lau, congratulated her and encouraged residents to visit the center. Lau noted it was her second day; council indicated a strong turnout for her introduction and invited the public to stop by and meet staff.
