Spring Grove board approves HR Green agreements, consent agenda

The approved items listed on the agenda were: approval of the Jan. 20, 2026 Village Board regular meeting minutes and the Jan. 20 closed session minutes; a resolution approving the 2026 General Consultation ' Miscellaneous Services Agreement with HR Green; and a Professional Services Agreement with HR Green for the 2026 Roadway Resurfacing Program for preliminary and construction engineering services. "On voice vote and all in favor, the motion carried," the board recorded.
The agreements authorize HR Green to provide general consultation services for 2026 and engineering oversight for the resurfacing program; the agenda did not specify contract dollar amounts. Board members who voted in favor were Trustees Ashley Britt, Mike Gajewski, Rokl Heaney, Jeff Letzter and Jill Loring. The motion carried and the items will proceed as approved.
