The Village of Lake Hallie Village Board convened a special meeting on Nov. 24, 2025, at 5:06 p.m. Village President Spilde called the session to order under Chapter 19.84 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Trustees Hudson and Greenwood were present; Trustee Calkins was excused and Trustee Lehman absent. A quorum was recorded.
The board approved the special meeting agenda after a motion by Trustee Hudson and a second from Trustee Greenwood. Later in the meeting the board reviewed the 2026 General Fund Operating Budget, asked questions about revenues and expenditures and approved the budget by roll-call vote (Hudson, Greenwood and President Spilde — aye). The meeting ended after a motion to adjourn by Trustee Hudson, seconded by Trustee Greenwood; the minutes record the meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m. Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Anastasia Stueber and attendee Sam Bautch were recorded as present.
