The Village of Lake Hallie Village Board convened Nov. 17, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. and approved agenda items including minutes, financial reports and licensing. Village President Spilde called the meeting to order and a quorum was present.
The board approved the Nov. 17, 2025 check register in the amount of $299,806.08 (manual checks #3099–3105; General Fund checks #42211–42252). Trustee Hudson moved to approve the register and Trustee Calkins seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous. The board also approved listed licenses, including a Class “A” retailer’s license and a cigarette/tobacco/e-vaping retail license for Indianhead Oil Co., LLC.
The meeting included standard department reports (a written Police Department report submitted by Police Chief Orgon and a Public Works update presented by Public Works Foreman Sam Bautch). The board approved the Nov. 3, 2025 regular meeting minutes and the Nov. 12, 2025 special meeting minutes.
The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
