Staff shared an explanation of the Capital account and the current capital project list with Finance Committee members as part of the FYE 2027 planning process. Building and Zoning Officer Bob Walczak and Public Works Supervisor Mike Frer were noted as present for the meeting and available to answer questions about project needs and priorities.
No formal approvals of capital projects occurred at the Feb. 24 meeting; members were asked to review the project list and return with questions or recommendations during subsequent budget work. The meeting was adjourned at 7:53 p.m. after Member Jeff Letzter moved to adjourn and Member Katie Fitzgerald seconded; the voice vote carried.
