Applicant says rezoning will simplify leasing and help bring jobs to South Clackamas County

No members of the public or public officials testified in opposition during the hearing; the planning commission had heard only the applicant at its July 13 session and recommended approval.
After the board's approval, the chair directed staff to draft the final order for adoption at an upcoming business meeting.
