At the meeting, Speaker 1 displayed a descending tax-parcel map and identified the area as belonging to "Mr. Eckleson's parcels." He walked the board through a proposed access alignment and said he had shown a 25-foot right-of-way on each side of the centerline of the existing drive to ensure legal access across family-owned parcels.
