PDC renews partial reporting modification for park commissioner Mark Lean

Staff noted Lean is an attorney at Inslee, Best, Dozie & Ryder and said there were no payments from the park district to that firm during the reporting period. Chair Jay Leach said he would grant the modification through the end of Lean's term, noting this was a renewal with no substantive changes to the prior approval: "I'm gonna grant the modification through the end of mister lean's term, noting that this is a renewal of a previously approved request with no modifications."
