Colette said balancing work by architects and the manufacturer reduced daily HVAC calls from around 10–15 per day to just 2–3, and that the digital monitoring program helps staff identify and respond quickly to unit issues.
Colette told the board the contract provides hands-on support and immediate vendor contact when units require attention; "So with that, I would ask that the board approve this $20,000," she said. Board members moved and seconded the agreement and approved the one-year renewal.
