A supervisor updated the council on the status of the Electric Vehicle charging station the council previously approved. "They're trying to find a a housing unit for the electrical components, and I think that they do plan on moving it to the other side of the stalls," the supervisor said, adding the equipment will be closer to the alleyway on the west side of the park stalls rather than adjacent to a post mentioned earlier.
The supervisor said crew scheduling and some installation details (bracing and conduit work) are still pending, but that "everything else is going smoothly." The council did not vote on further funding or placement at this meeting; the supervisor indicated staff will return with more detailed installation information when available.
