Council OKs 36-month ConnectWise cloud backup and recovery agreement

Councilors pressed for technical detail on integration and data volumes; Ben said the platform can back up all systems that were tested in the pilot and offers integrations with existing endpoint security tools. After discussion, council moved and voted unanimously to approve the ConnectWise agreement.
