He said the site sits behind Tractor Supply and that eight notices were mailed to adjacent owners with no responses recorded in the packet.
The mayor opened a public hearing and no members of the public spoke in favor or opposition. Council then moved and voted unanimously to approve the ordinance. "I recommend approval of it. I think it's just gonna fit right in with what they're doing," Steve said during the presentation.
