The chair said the board will revisit the request at the next meeting when an Elks representative can provide details such as the festival’s schedule and planned street use. "We will have another meeting before the 22nd, so I would make a motion we table this request and have somebody from Elks representing at the next meeting to answer the question," the chair said. The motion to table passed unanimously.
