Phoebe Hearst bronze complete; HRB sets unveiling reception logistics with Elks

Rose Nyman updated the board that the Phoebe Hearst bronze statue has been completed; members discussed a previously observed concrete crack that was resolved and planned a stone retaining wall between the concrete and lawn. Bob Wren noted he and another individual worked on the final shape and elevation of the installation.
Carlye Hansen of the Elks told the board the lodge could handle the insurance requirement (a $200 deposit), provide tablecloths and two bartenders at no charge, and make coffee for the event; she said drinks would be available for purchase and that she would prepare an invoice for the deposit. The board approved ordering catering trays for the reception (two fruit, two vegetable and one meat-and-cheese tray).
