Board members reviewed the concert program for the America’s 250th Birthday event and voted to keep the music order as presented in the second draft. Tammy Mattson moved to keep the music order; Lynette Foulger seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
Members debated postcard printing options: Terry LaValley favored color printing but the motion lacked a second, and Tammy Mattson then moved to order 125 black-and-white postcards; Terry seconded and the motion passed 5-0. An emailed vendor price list in the packet showed color options were modestly more expensive than black-and-white.
