The board spent most of the session on event logistics for an upcoming Heritage Month concert and a statue unveiling, and voted to cancel its planned participation in the Sportsman’s Club Conservation Day.
Board members moved several event-related motions and discussed volunteer lists, publicity and logistics. Rose Nyman reported the Phoebe Hearst bronze statue had been completed and minor site issues were resolved; the board approved ordering food trays for the June 13 reception and set the next meeting for June 4, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM.
