The Spring Grove Village Board approved its consent agenda by roll call vote on Feb. 17, 2026. The vote (Ayes: Ashley Britt, Katie Fitzgerald, Rolf Heaney, Jeff Letzter and Jill Loring) cleared approval of the Feb. 3 meeting minutes, the February 2026 bills payable, an ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus property, a right-of-way plat of dedication for 6789 S Solon Road, and an agreement with Trotter Engineering.
It was noted during the consent discussion that the Trotter Engineering agreement covers a planning report only and does not include detailed design work. The board did not alter the consent items and approved them as presented. The minutes show the motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Jeff Letzter and seconded by Trustee Katie Fitzgerald.
