Hector Arzate named outreach chair as board fills committee slots

The board also approved a motion by Mireya Valencia to name José Félix Cabrera Larios, Michelle Rivera and Sonya Guerra as Outreach Committee members; that motion likewise carried. Separately, the council postponed appointments for several other committees (Bylaws; Zoning, Land Use and Planning; Community Well‑Being) to a future meeting.
